My suggestion, please do not make the phone number and email ids available in public. Many (like me) may not like any/everyone knowing my phone number and email id.

It depends on amendments. If there is no one, just after the president's signature. But the good thing about 90 days is, they can add/update things behind the seen.

The country cap is routinely disregarded for the unskilled EB population when any talk of CIR comes up. Point is to say that it's not unrealistic to ask that it be suspended as a one time event if not permanently. Of course, as with any democracy the reason why the unskilled EB population has more success with this issue comes down to votes and money, so that is something to keep in mind - IV is the wrong forum from where to push this agenda.

Tell me one thing - Why do you expect IV core to spoonfeed everything to you and your friends. If you and your friends are raring to go and do something for the retrogressed community, why not come forward with ideas and show some efforts, instead of just harping on a forum with a bundle of dollars in your hand! Remember, IV is made up of you and me, and it's you and me who can make all the difference. It's very easy to sit on the sidelines and talk. And one more thing - "Have a positive attitude" about everything (life, IV, GC etc) and you will notice how much your point of view will change for better.
The best advice I have for you is to join your state chapter because IV does lot of its planning and strategy implementation behind the scenes. That way you will know more about IV's current and future plans, and will be able to contribute in a positive manner.

Let me send him a power point presentation and Microsoft Projects file about the "project plan" which he wants to see.
Look, you can waste your time for as long as you want, but there will always be jerks who think that advocacy for EB issues is a "project", and at the end of budget and scheduled time, he wants to see the desired output. That' a narrow mind-set of PMP certification, which often do not apply in advocacy campaigns. Story of my life. I complain about delay with my application. Someone joins me and tells me they are in the same boat and the very next day that someone leaves the boat and jumps into "greener" pastures. Everyone is leaving the boat and I seem to be left out :(

This is a neat idea to draw worthwhile attention which at the same time won't cause any hatred. I'm sure most of us would like to act upon this.
Can one of core members talk to a florist and workout some kind of arrangement where if we call them and give a code and payment they would process the order with a pre-set message and delivery address. I'm sure we will have a large participation if we make the process simple for the mass.
Also make this a front page message.
Core members cannot "officially" endorse this. So they will not. If we want to do this then we are doing this on our own!

So they are bining you for 1 year after getting the GC. What is you leave them prior to getting GC that's after 180 days of filing?

May end i had 11 day bench but they paid in full... They are good in some aspects that's why i stayed with them for 2.5 yrs....
But signing a binding contract for an indeterminate period ( I yr after GC)

You can do all you want and be as blunt. USCIS doesn't have to answer to you. Stop chanting the "HIGHLY SKILLED", paying all taxes, nonsense. You were not brought to the USA at gun point. You chose to come (and stay). The USA can just put one ad in the newspaper anywhere in the world and there will be 10 million highly skilled NEW people they can bring. They do not need you (us). It is important to remember that we are not doing anyone a favor by being here except yourselves.
Again, because USCIS is so BIG and has millions of applications to process they can say they are trying their best and cannot reply to each individual.

I know many cases like this, people approach these Bodyshoppers to get H1, or to convert H4 to H1..... many pay even H1 processing fees(which is illegal)..... just pray that after getting H1 they will get some project and the employer will pay....... they won't dare to ask employer.... becoz he can just revoke H1 and just be done with it...... many many cases....

My case was received by NSC on JUN 1st. They issued the recipt numbers on JUN 5th. I am still waiting on my wifes. They could clear on Monday.. Looks like NSC is also trying to speed up things. They are just one day slower than TSC in issuing recepts.
